Meadow Lane was a reconstruction of a residential street between Prospect and Crawford Avenues along the eastern side of Ponca City. The roadway widening, reconstruction and drainage improvements to Meadow Lane are approximately 500 linear feet in length. This segment of roadway was improved to a two-lane section with new curb and gutter that is classified as a city collector roadway.
