Cabbiness Engineering was contracted to schematically design updates to the OU Jimmie Austin Golf Club. The schematic design scope of work includes: update of the site’s topographical survey, public/private/university utility relocation plans, relocation of Par Drive, a new drive entry off Constitution Street, expansion of the golf course parking lot, demolition of the existing Par Drive, new parking lots and rough grading for the Visitor’s Cottages, and a new parking lot for the Charlie Coe Golf Training Center.
