The Ponca City Sanitary Sewer Improvement Program Project #2 was a 5,300 linear feet, 24-inch sanitary sewer interceptor relocation and replacement project through several established neighborhoods.

The original bid amount for this project was $1,432,789. However, by the time the project was completed, the final deducted change order was $148,696 due to the value engineering and necessary field adjustments realized by the City of Ponca City. With that, Cabbiness Engineering also worked on the remaining two projects of the Ponca City Sewer Improvement Program (Projects #5 and #6).

By the end of the program, the City of Ponca City made approximately 20% more improvements to its aging sanitary sewer infrastructure than originally budgeted. This added amount of sewer improvements for them was directly attributed to Mr. Cabbiness and his team's diligent search for functional and feasible design solutions.
