HIGHLIGHTS
7,100-SF Renovation
Cabbiness Engineering collaborated with Design Architects Plus and Tripp Davis and Associates on functionally laying out the proposed KickingBird Golf Course Maintenance Facility site plan to ensure the proposed site plan will not adversely impact the golf course’s playability from both the existing conditions as well as future conditions. Cabbiness led the comprehensive design team and provided the civil engineering designs for an addition to the existing facility of approximately 7,100 square feet and renovate the existing facility. The existing building renovations contained office space, break room, restrooms, storage and maintenance work areas. The addition to the facility was an open space area for equipment storage and working on maintenance related items. The exterior style of the facility also matched the existing facility as close as possible and was constructed via metal building. In a separate, stand-alone facility there was also an open concept storage area for materials such as sand, fertilizer and a chemical mixing area as well as a wash bay for cleaning mowers and equipment.
