The City of Ponca City contracted with Cabbiness Engineering for the widening of Prospect Avenue and intersection improvements at Ash Street.
Under this contract, the Cabbiness Engineering team provided their design services for the widening of Prospect Avenue, which included the inclusion of a new storm sewer to accommodate the newly widened street. The second service they provided was waterline relocation plans since the new roadway footprint would cover the existing waterline. Lastly, the team provided utility coordination during utility relocations, right-of-way documentations, exhibits, and plans to the City of Ponca City.
Additionally, the project schedule had a critical timeframe in which the project was to be completed due to the Annual National Motocross Championship event, which was held at the Jack Blevins Motocross Park located at the Ash Street intersection.
